Rapper The Game has officially lost his multimillion-dollar Calabasas mansion after a long legal fight tied to a sexual assault lawsuit. The case stems from his 2016 VH1 reality show, She’s Got Game, where former contestant Priscilla Rainey accused him of inappropriately touching her during production.
Rainey filed the lawsuit in 2016 and claimed the incident caused her emotional distress. The Game denied the allegations and said Rainey only joined the show to file a false lawsuit and get money. Despite his claims, a judge ruled in Rainey’s favor, awarding her $7.13 million in damages.
Since then, The Game has refused to pay the judgment. In response, a California judge ordered that his Calabasas home be seized and sold to help cover the debt. The property is worth about $3 million, which still falls short of what Rainey is owed, but it is a start.
Rainey reacted to the news by saying she’s satisfied with the outcome. The Game has not made any public statements about losing his home.
