Nelly to receive I Am Hip Hop Award at 2021 BET Hip Hop Awards
So after performing at the iHeart Radio Music Festival, Nelly is now set to receive the I AM Hip Hop Award at the 2021 BET Hip Hop Awards, that premiere’s on BET on Tuesday, Oct. 5.
He’ll join previous recipients such as Lil Kim, Ice Cube, LL Cool J, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg and Master P, who took home the honor last year.
Nelly said in a statement. “I have been blessed to work with some incredible people in my career, making 22 years go by in the blink of an eye.”

Also Lil Nas X is once again the creator of the all-time best-selling single in the U.S. “Old Town Road” is certified 15x-Platinum song currently owns the highest certification in RIAA history.
The track is slightly ahead of Imagine Dragons’ “Radioactive” and Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used to Know.”
THE FUGEES: 25th Anniversary World Tour
The Fugees are coming back!
Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean and Pras Michel announced plans for their first world tour in 25 years.
The 12-city international run is meant to commemorate the 25th anniversary of their 1996 album, The Score.
The tour kicks off with a secret pop-up show in New York City tomorrow to support Global Citizen Live. Then in November, they’ll hit other cities like Chicago, LA, Miami, Newark, Paris, London, before finishing up in Nigeria and Ghana.
