The fans have been listening and now a few a few of your favorite artists are celebrating a big milestone as several superstars are receiving an iHeartRadio Titanium Award for one billion spins.
Artists that reached this milestone included Benson Boone ("Beautiful Things"), David Guetta and Bebe Rexha ("I'm Good (Blue)"), Doja Cat ("Agora Hills") and ("Paint The Town Red"), Hozier ("Too Sweet"), Jack Harlow ("Lovin’ On Me"), Nicky Youre ("Sunroof" ft. Hey Daisy), Sabrina Carpenter ("Espresso"), Shaboozey ("A Bar Song (Tipsy)"), Sia ("Unstoppable"), SZA ("Saturn"), Tate McRae ("greedy") and Teddy Swims ("Lose Control").
The iHeartRadio Titanium Award celebrates artists who have reached a threshold of one billion total audience spins across iHeartRadio stations of their hit song. The total audience spins calculation is based on certified Mediabase airplay and is multiplied by the number of persons listening to the radio at the time of those plays, delivering total audience impressions which is the broadcast equivalent of the number of streams from a streaming music service.
Accepting his award, David Guetta shared, "Thank you for the support. Thank you to all the team. Like I said, this was just a DJ tool that I played in a festival, and it became a hit by accident. So Bebe Rexha and myself are the most surprised. It's crazy because this record became my most streamed record, more than even Titanium. So it's kind of crazy because sometimes you don't really aim, you just want to have fun. But I think people that feel it when you make music, having fun, people can fit it and it works. Thank you so much."
"Love it. This is so sick," Bebe shared of her achievement for "I'm Good (Blue)" in an unboxing of her Titanium award. She added, "This is really cool. Thank you so much, iHeartRadio. And of course, the fans."
