Travis Scott Mourns Death Of Longtime Bodyguard, Performs Tribute At Show

Travis Scott is mourning the death of his longtime bodyguard, Big Tony. Over the weekend, the rapper broke the news of Big Tony's passing on Instagram. 

In a series of IG posts that were pictures of the late muscleman, Scott remembered his friend who's been by his side since day one. "U gon be my guardian angel for life bro. I love u mannnnnnnnnnnnn," the first post's captioned read. "I want u to know that. We all do broooooooooooooooooooooooooo I'm hurt Rest In Peace To my dawg big Tony." 

In his second post, Scott added, "We wouldn't mob with out your lead. Rip my dawg." Then on Saturday (July 22) night, the recording artist decided to perform a tribute for Big Tony. Scott is an opening act for Kendrick Lamar's DAMN. Tour and dedicated the song "90210" to him. “Everybody put a cell phone light up in the air for Tony,” Scott told the crowd. “He was one of the most humble, courageous people of all time. I wanna dedicate this song to this n**ga right here, man. Let’s do it.”

Watch a snippet of the emotional tribute below. One concert attendee decided it as an “intense, teary eyed performance.”
